If you receive poor service and you're paying good hard-earned money for a product, why not post negative feed-back about that person or business. Others have the right to know the type of service they expect to receive from that person/business. All other online businesses have reviews of the services, why not here. If you're trying to sell a product and you're receiving payment for it, you better give the type of service that you would expect to receive yourself.
